Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the paid period.
Credit Purchases
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
Statutory Withdrawal (EU/UK)
Consumers in the EU/UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase. By starting to use the AI features (which constitute immediate digital content delivery), you expressly consent to begin performance and acknowledge that you lose this right once usage starts.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, email support@recallos.co within 30 days. We will review and, if confirmed, refund the disputed amount to the original payment method.
